These terms cover buying, trialling, and using the MKLister desktop application ("the software"). By starting a trial, buying a license, or using the software, you agree to them. Questions first: ameeralikhan1245@hotmail.com.
A license key that unlocks the software on one computer at a time per seat. The software itself runs entirely on your computer; the license is checked against our server. You may move your license between computers using the in-app Deactivate function. You may not share, resell, or publish your key.
The free trial runs for 3 days from activation and is limited (up to 3 accounts, 3 posts per run, 21 posts total, reposting features only). One trial per person/email. Circumventing trial limits or creating repeated trials may result in keys being revoked.
If MKLister doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it. Renewals and later periods aren't automatically refundable, but talk to us — we're reasonable. Refunds revoke the associated license key.
MKLister automates posting on your own marketplace accounts. Automation can breach the terms of service of Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, or other platforms, and accounts that post aggressively can be restricted or banned. The software includes pacing, variation, and pause-on-error features that reduce — but do not eliminate — this risk. You use automation at your own judgment and risk. You are responsible for what you post, where you post it, and for complying with each platform's rules and applicable law. Do not use the software to post prohibited items, spam, or content you don't have rights to, or on accounts that aren't yours.
MKLister is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Kijiji Canada Ltd. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility.
Licensed users get software updates at no extra charge. Marketplaces change their sites without notice; features may temporarily break until we ship a fix, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation of features that depend on third-party platforms.
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
We may revoke keys obtained fraudulently, used in breach of these terms, or subject to payment reversal (chargeback). You may stop using the software at any time; section 3 covers what happens to paid periods.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above. Changes apply from your next renewal or purchase, not retroactively.
